Izabella Tabarovsky, M.A. (Harvard University) is an Integrative Health Practitioner, helping clients achieve optimal wellness through holistic nutrition, therapeutic application of essential oils, energy healing techniques, and other mind-body-spirit approaches. She is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapist, Holistic Wellness Consultant, and a Board Certified Holistic Wellness Coach oach. She is in the process of completing her certification in nutrition counseling.
Izabella is on faculty with The Mindfulness Center and Hope Connections for Cancer Support and on staff with the Washington Cancer Institute (Washington Hospital Center).
She is a graduate of Healing Touch Program, the worldwide leader in energy medicine. She is a Myers-Briggs counselor and has been trained in holistic nutrition, yoga, mindfulness meditation, the Enneagram, and other methods integrating western psychology with the eastern view of the body. She has completed the first level of the Mind-Body program with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
She is a level II Reiki Jin-Kei-Do practitioner, a Certified Raindrop Practitioner, and is a gradute of iPEC, the leading coach training school in the U.S. She helps her clients find their way toward holistic health and wellness, purposeful living, and spiritual connection.
Izabella is a founding partner at Soapstone Integrative Health Associates, a practice that uses a mind-body approach to help clients shift long-standing emotional patterns that obstruct their innate potential and keep them from achieving personal and professional goals.
She heads the corporate division of Soapstone Health, Soapstone Wellness, which provides custom-tailored, cost-effective, integrative wellness solutions for organizations.
In her private practice, Izabella collaborates with other hospitals and individual physicians and psychotherapists in the area to potentiate western medical approaches through the use of complementary healing modalities. Institutions that have been recipients of her services include Capital Hospice and Doctors Community Hospital.
Izabella is a passionate advocate of holistic health and wellness and dedicates much of her time to educating others on how to take charge of their well-being. She sees her mission in awakening others to the limitless potential within them and empowering them to live the most abundant, authentic, fulfilling, meaningful, and prosperous life they were meant to live.
Through her work, Izabella helps clients diminish physical pain, accelerate healing, diminish the effect of chronic illness, alleviate stress, depression and anxiety, reconnect with their higher spiritual selves, access deeper levels of awareness, and create a greater sense of peace and well-being.
Izabella empowers clients to take a pro-active approach to their lives to create lasting change from within. She gives them tools to follow their internal wisdom to attain extraordinary results in their lives.
Her own search for meaningful career has led her from a graduate program at Harvard University to a successful career in energy and communications consulting, to television production (including an award-winning PBS documentary on global economy and a current-affairs show on NPR), to a life as a holistic health practitioner with a wide range of modalities at her disposal.
She is an advanced Iyengar yoga and meditation practitioner and has studied yoga with Patricia Walden and Peentz Dubble since 2000.
Izabella frequently teaches workshops on the subjects of energy medicine, holistic health and wellness, mind-body medicine, clinical applications of aromatherapy, strengthening our energetic core, the principles of energy healing, and purposeful living.
